Grammy-nominated singer, pianist, and song writer Jeremy Grenhart, Philadelphia composer and bassist Tyler Lynch, and Maxfield Gast have released their first GLG Sessions single (Gast, Lynch, & Grenhart). On the Militia Hill label, this powerhouse trio of composers/producers has created a new sound to represent the city of Philadelphia. Featuring Mike Pietrusko on drums and Jake Morelli on guitar, GLG Sessions takes a Steely Dan approach to arrangement with a modern edge combing soulful vocals with rich layers of horns and classic Fender Rhodes. Truly a feast for the ears.
